  1. Is the facility 24 hour access?
    Yes, our Gym-Only or All-Inclusive members have 24 hour access with their key fob. 
     

  2. What kind of classes do you offer?

  3. Can a beginner take classes?
    Absolutely!  We offer modifications in every class.  Please contact Ashley at 812-631-1040 to discuss which class would fit your needs best. 
     

  4. What are the membership options and prices?

  5. What are your hours?
    We are staffed 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.  Members have 24 hour access with their key fob. 
     

  6. Can someone show me how to use the equipment?
    Yes!  We can help ensure you’re using the equipment properly and safely.  We offer single personal training sessions or package options.  See Personal Training Here.
     

  7. Can I do a day pass?
    Yes! We offer day passes for $10/day or week passes for $25/week.
     

  8. If I’m a senior citizen, have a disability, or specific medical condition, where should I start?
    Our trainer, Brynn Schwartz, specializes in Beyond Boundaries Training.

  9. Do you take insurance for Physical Therapy?
    We do not bill insurance for Physical Therapy; however, we are happy to provide you with any documentation you may need if you’d like to submit a claim to your insurance company on your own. Please let us know what forms or details you require and we will gladly assist. 
     

  10. Do I need a referral for Physical Therapy?
    No, you can book a session with Dr. Betz directly at 812-631-2156.  See more about Physical Therapy here.
     

  11. How long is an Athlete Development session?
    Each session is 45 minutes long.

  12. My key fob is not working/is lost. What should I do?
    If your fob is not working, it is possible that your membership fees are due.  If your fob is defective, contact Ashley at 812-631-1040.  Lost fobs are a $20 replacement fee. 
     

  13. I’m not sure what to do in the gym.  Can someone write me a plan? Yes!  We offer online training for those seeking a structured, customized routine.  This is great for both local and non-local residents.  We create the workouts based on your goals and the equipment you have access to.  Whether it’s in your basement or at the gym, we design a monthly plan specifically for you. Your workouts will be loaded into your calendar on the FitFuel app.
