A cycling program that brings the outdoor ride - inside. Interval-based cadence training takes you through sprints, hills, and mountains, to achieve results
and personal goals.

experienced athlete. If you’re looking to enhance your athletic ability through strength and conditioning, SPORT is where it’s at!

A barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring
safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere. Suitable for all fitness levels.

TRANSFORM

Unites yoga and sport like never before. Prepare for a unique mind/body experience featuring traditional yoga poses, such as warrior, and sport-
influenced movement including plyometrics, and strength. A great class for both beginners and advanced athletes!

Designed by Ashley, Leg Lab focuses on building a balanced foundation through targeted lower body training. This class blends strength, stability, and
controlled intensity to sculpt your legs and glutes, boost performance, and fuel your fitness from the ground up.

Strengthen your whole body, torch calories, and get your heart beating using only your bodyweight. Suspension training will challenge your muscles by
allowing you to deliberately change your center of gravity. A variety of positions will accommodate both beginners and advanced athletes. Come and
challenge all planes of motion with TRX!

Get ready to feel the full-body burn in this cardio circuit. You’ll tackle “The Gym” with a 50/50 split using our treadmills, cardio, and strength equipment,
and charge your metabolism for a high caloric afterburn. Get ready to bring the energy and commit to B-Fit!

LIFT

Hustle for that muscle in LIFT! Build strength and lean muscle mass during this super-set class held in “The Gym.” Your FitFuel certified trainers have
designed this class to progressively load weight with each set, while maintaining correct lifting technique. The goal is to lift hard, but lift smart. In LIFT,
failure means success!
